WARRANTY INFORMATION
KidPlaySet.com sells childrens strollers and accesories products from a
variety of manufacturers.
KidPlaySet.com makes the following warranty to the original purchaser of
toy trains, childrens playset and accesories.
KidPlaySet.com warrants its products to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one(1) year from the date of purchase or the
product manufacturer warranty, whichever comes first.
KidPlaySet.com will repair or replace any product which contains a defect
in material or workmanship which existed at the time of manufacture or which
developed under normal use or service. This warranty does not cover replacement
from ordinary wear and tear.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES AND DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS, MALFUNCTIONS OR FAILURES OF
THE PRODUCT THAT WERE CAUSED BY REPAIRS BY PERSONS NOT AUTHORIZED BY
KidPlaySet.com, USE OF PARTS, OR ACCESSORIES NOT AUTHORIZED BY
KidPlaySet.com, MISHANDLING, MODIFICATIONS, OR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCTS
WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION, UNREASONABLE USE, OR OUTDOOR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
IF THE ORIGINAL USER OR PURCHASER CEASES TO OWN THE KidPlaySet.com
PRODUCT TO WHICH THIS WARRANTY APPLIES, THIS WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
WHICH THEN REMAINS IN EFFECT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE VOIDED.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. THE DURATION OF
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE
PERIOD OF EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KidPlaySet.com. BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF
THE KidPlaySet.com PRODUCT. YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED ABOVE.

To obtain service, contact KidPlaySet.com where you purchased your
Products. Proof of purchase is necessary to ensure warranty is still valid.

You will be responsible for prepayment of insurance and freight or other
transportation to the store. Proof of purchase (your sales receipt/invoice) is
required and must be included when returning the product which you claim is
defective. Also, an "authorized" RMA form must
be submitted.

Repaired or replaced products will be forwarded to the maunfacturer's store
within 60 days of receipt by KidPlaySet.com. If the exact item is no
longer available, KidPlaySet.com will replace the original with an item
of equal or greater value.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW

Limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts.

The exclusion or limitation of direct, indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages.

The exclusion or invalidity of express or implied warranties if the user ceases
to own the product.

The limitation of the remedies and recourses available to the purchaser.

The invalidity of an express warranty when a product identified by brand name
is not used (unless specific conditions are fulfilled).
SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
