These 8 x 10 child playhouses are the ultimate do-it-yourself playhouse kits. The Victorian styling is sure to make it a beautiful addition to your yard. These child playhouses are easy to put together, with all parts marked alphabetically, in the order in which they are used. No cutting is required. Shown sizes of houses vary, deck/rail and chimney are not included but can be added thru our options page.

Once assembled, you choose the paint and and shingles (sold seperate) to add your personal touch. All siding and trim is pre-primed allowing for a quicker paint. Your kids will be the envy of the neighborhood! This victorian child playhouse comes in a variety of sizes, 4x6, 6x8, 8x8, 8x10, 8x12 and 10x12. Still needed will be shingles, dripedge and paint. All of these items can easily and inexpensively be purchased at your local home improvement store.
