This 6 x 8 victorian playhouse kit is the ultimate in children's playhouse kits The Victorian styling is sure to make it a beautiful addition to your yard. This house is easy to put together, with all parts marked alphabetically, in the order in which they are used. No cutting is required. Shown sizes of houses vary, deck/rail and chimney are not included but can be added thru our options page.

Once assembled, you choose the paint and and shingles (sold seperate) to add your personal touch. All siding and trim is pre-primed allowing for a quicker paint. Your kids will be the envy of the neighborhood! This victorian playhouse comes in a variety of sizes, 4x6, 6x8, 8x8, 8x10, 8x12 and 10x12. Still needed will be shingles, dripedge and paint. All of these items can easily and inexpensively be purchased at your local home improvement store.

This is shipped via freight carrier, curbside, and you will need to assist the driver with unloading. For an additonal fee, a lift gate can be ordered. Shipping is curbside delivery, You will need to assist driver with getting set off of the truck to your curb.
